Plan details and terms
  • Repair and replacement coverage starts 30 days after each device is registered.
  • Covered: accidental damage such as drops, spills and cracked screens, and mechanical or electrical breakdowns.
  • Outside the plan: loss, theft, routine maintenance, and damage from before a device was registered.
  • Each tier has a dollar limit on a rolling 12 months. On the 5-device tier it is $4,000.
  • There is no cap on the number of claims.
  • Go 12 months without a claim and you earn a credit.
  • Eligible products must be under 20 years old.
  • Cancel anytime. Coverage continues for 30 days after you cancel.
  • Unlimited 24/7 tech support is included.
